White glove services
if you would like the Babeek team to assemble your Cot bed or furniture and the packaging removed our white glove service is £124.99.

Returns
We hope you are delighted by your purchase but we know sometimes you might have a change of heart you can return your order to us within 14 days provided it is the original condition with any label intact. Please keep all packaging as unfortunately we won’t be able to offer a refund if your order is returned without the original packaging please keep the packaging if you have a white glove delivery the only items excluded will be bespoke items and mattresses for hygiene reasons. If you are using your own choice of a courier to return your goods please do ensure you have adequate insurance. We can only arrange collection on Monday to Friday and we are only a phone call away if you need to discuss your items. We want you to love your new nursery furniture.

Damages
We do all we can to protect our items in transit but sadly damages can sometimes occur if you receive your delivery by overnight courier then please let us know within seven days. If you received items via our furniture delivery crew white glove and you spot damage then the items will be returned with the driver and a replacement will be re-delivered to you, and you will be asked to inspect your goods and sign a proof of delivery note we cannot accept responsibility for any damage report to us after you signed the proof of delivery note so please do check your goods really thoroughly.

All our products come with a one-year manufacturers guarantee which we will honour in the form of parts and labour.

Delivery & availability
We normally estimate delivery of products within 0 to 4 weeks for products which are in stock, and 3 to 20 weeks for products not in stock or for bespoke products produced to your specification requirements. Please note all products delivery times are estimates.

Order at acknowledge will contain estimate dispatch and delivery dates for those products we will endeavour to fulfil your order by the date set out in the order at acknowledge meant or if none is specified within this estimated time period stated above unless there are exceptional circumstances
we will send you a further email confirming that the product has been dispatched (dispatch confirmation) with contract details for our couriers.

Where products have been ordered with our white glove service our careers will deliver the products to a room of your choice the goods will be unpacked and packing removed please note that goods are not returnable without their original packaging so it is your responsibility to ensure that you will not want to return the products before the packaging is disposed of goods will only be taken to a room of your choice subject to a satisfactory health and safety assessment by our Currier if the product cannot be safely put into position our driver will offer to leave the products at a place that is acceptable to you our. Couriers are not responsible for dismantling furniture that you may already have in your room or for cleaning the room after the furniture has been installed.

If a courier has booked an appointment with you for delivery or collection and you do not make yourself available at the agreed time you may need to pay an additional fee in order for us to redeliver or collect your goods.

We are for three months free storage for all orders after this time on the first working day of the fourth month and on subsequent month Storage fee Will become payable this is a charge at 1.5% of your total order value per month in the event of an order cancellation when stored fees have been incurred This amount will be deducted from the value of your refund.
