White Glove Services
We offer Babeek Customers our own personal team of professional furniture builders to assemble your cot bed or furniture at a convenient time that suits you. We remove all packaging and assemble in the room of your choice. Our White Glove Service is a one off fee of £124.99

We hope you are delighted by your purchase but we know sometimes you might have a change of heart you can return your order to us within 14 days provided it is the original condition with any label intact. Please keep all packaging as unfortunately we won’t be able to offer a refund if your order is returned without the original packaging. The only items excluded from our returns policy are items from our bespoke service and mattresses for hygiene reasons. If you are using your own choice of a courier to return your goods please do ensure you have adequate insurance to cover any damages as we are not liable for your returned items. We can only arrange collection on Monday to Friday and we are only a phone call away if you need to discuss your items. We want you to love your new nursery furniture as much as we do!

We do all we can to protect our items in transit but sadly damages can sometimes occur whilst in transit if you receive your delivery by overnight courier then please let us know within seven days. If you received items via our furniture delivery specalists (White Glove Service) and you spot any imperfections then the items will be returned with the driver and a replacement will be re-delivered to you, you will be asked to inspect your goods and sign a proof of delivery note on the day of the build so please make sure there is a suitable person there whilst we are delivering that can sign on your behalf. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage/imperfections reported to us after you have signed the proof of delivery note so please do check your goods really thoroughly whilst our drivers are there.

All our products come with a one-year manufacturers guarantee which we will honour in the form of parts and labour.

Delivery & Availability

Our current lead time of IN-STOCK products are within 4 weeks of ordering, our Bespoke Service or current out of stock items are approx. and 4 to 14 weeks. On some occasions items produced to your specification may take slightly longer but this will be discussed at time of ordering. Please note all products delivery times are estimates, and we en-devour to meet all time frames that are quoted.

All our order acknowledgements will contain estimate dispatch and delivery dates which we will endeavor to fulfill or if none is specified within this estimated time period stated above unless there are exceptional circumstances
We will send you a further email confirming that the product has been dispatched (dispatch confirmation) with contract details for our couriers.

Where products that have been ordered with our white glove service one of our furniture builders will deliver the products to a room of your choice, the goods will be unpacked and all packing removed. Please note that goods are none returnable without their original packaging so it is your responsibility to ensure that you will not want to return the products before the packaging is disposed of and our drivers have left your home. The furniture will only be taken to a room of your choice subject to a satisfactory health and safety assessment by our builder. If the product cannot be safely put into position our builder will offer to leave the products at a place that is more suitable. Our drivers are not responsible for dismantling furniture that you may already have in your room or for cleaning the room after the furniture has been installed.

If you have booked a White Glove Delivery appointment for delivery you will need to make sure someone is available at the address at the agreed time. If the appointment is failed due to someone not being home please note that there will be an additional fee in order for us to redeliver your goods. Please note that the delivery service is Non-Refundable.
